Silver Spring Town Center – Dedicated to providing a vibrant, inclusive and engaging community gathering place that enriches the lives of residents of the Greater Silver Spring area.

Impact Silver Spring – Dedicated to building and sustaining community-based networks that support people who are creating social, economic, and civic momentum that contributes to inclusive local economies and vibrant communities.

Gandhi Brigade – An organization dedicated to helping young people realize their inner and collective power to become the champions of the common good.

Docs in Progress – An organization dedicated to giving individuals the tools to tell stories through documentary film to educate, inspire, and transform the way people view their world.

Community Bridges – a nonprofit organization that provides multicultural empowerment and leadership programs for diverse girls in the Silver Spring,Maryland community.

Pyramid Atlantic -An organization dedicated to building communities that give life to printmaking, paper making, and the book arts.

Shepherd’s Table – An organization dedicated to helping the homeless and those in need by providing basic services, such as meals, medical care, social services, clothing, and other services.

Art Stream – An organization dedicated to creating creative opportunities for individuals in communities that are historically under-served by the arts.

A Wider Circle – Dedicated to helping communities by furnishing homes, providing educational classes, job support and other services.

Friends of Sligo Creek – An organization dedicated to restoring one of our greatest assets, Sligo Creek, which extends from Wheaton to Hyattsville.

Silver Spring Green – Dedicated to bringing together businesses, civic organizations, residents and government to enhance our environment, economy and shared sense of community.

Silver Spring Historical Society – Silver Spring Historical Society –  A non-profit organization that documents downtown Silver Spring’s history through the preservation of its historical sites, structures, artifacts and archives.

Urban Artistry – an internationally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the performance and preservation of art forms inspired by the urban experience.

Free 2 Rise Educational Foundation – provides programs (educational enrichment, life skills, exposure to cultural events and travel experiences) to enrich the lives of girls facing adversity in different parts of Maryland and DC.

CREATE Arts Center – A community arts organization whose goal is to inspire creativity, develop art skills, improve self-confidence and enhance enjoyment of the arts through art education for the general public and art therapy for those with a variety of needs.

International Rescue Committee – Suburban Washington Resettlement Center provides opportunities for refugees, asylees, victims of human trafficking, survivors of torture, and other immigrants to rebuild their lives and thrive in America.

Silver Spring Inc is a for profit business with a mission. We support Silver Spring nonprofits and for profit businesses that are focused on making Silver Spring a better place to live. We hope you do, too.
