The Dirt June 2017

Asian Cuisine
The space formerly occupied by a Vietnamese restaurant and Skew Wrosk before that has found a new tenant. Asian Cuisine is moving in and has installed their new sign. This is welcome news to those who miss Asian Grill which closed last year and was located next to Panera Bread.

Lina’s Diner & Bar has opened and offers a twist on French Bistros in the space previously occupied by Quarry House Temporary and Piratz Tavern before that. At the same time, work seems be getting done on the crumbling face of the building. This wall will face the Purple Line if it ever happens.

After 20 years, Thai Market is closing. This is particularly sad to me for many reasons.

Hey Pete! So first, heard the Thai carryout will stay, though the market will go. This is little but some solace.

Second, hope the restoration of the wall by new Lina’s makes it more not less possible for a cool mural project.

      Thanks, Jonathan.

And, yes! I agree regarding the wall! That would be a welcome addition.
